STANDARD & CUSTOM TUBE PLUGS
Rapid, cost effective, and reliable
Designed and manufactured in-house, Power Plugs provide a superior seal without risking tube damage or ovaling of the tubesheet hole.
Power Plugs utilize a cam and wedge design which provides a seal of up to 4,000 PSI (275 Bar) and a temperature range up to 1,200° F (649° C).
Only standard wrenches are required to set, install, and remove a Power Plug. Installation can be done in under a minute and only requires 20-60 lb-ft (27-81Nm) of torque depending on the design and material.
Each Power Plug is designed to fit a range of tube sizes and can be custom manufactured from nearly any material specified.
